Add 180g cream, 140g milk, 15g condensed milk and 60g fine granulated sugar into the main pot

Put on the measuring cup and mix the materials at 2min / 40℃/REV 2

Add 4 egg yolks and 15g low gluten flour

Put on the measuring cup and mix the materials at 2min / REV 3

Filter the egg tart liquid and preheat the oven to 200℃

Pour the liquid into the egg tart pastry till 90% full

Put the pastries in the oven and bake them at 200℃ for about 18min
