Preparation

    Put 250g medium gluten flour, 140g water, 10g oil and 1 teaspoon of salt into the main pot

  • step 2

    Run the KNEAD mode for 5min. Take out the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and keep it still for 30min

    Put 50g diced onion to the main pot

  • step 4

    Smash the onion at 10sec/REV 6, and scrape the minced onion to the bottom of the main pot

    Add 250g minced beef, 5g minced ginger, 20g oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

    Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of five spice powder, 1 teaspoon of seed powder of Chinese prickly ash. Add 3g dark soy sauce and 60g water

    Stir the materials at 2min/B-REV 4, take out the dough, and clean the main pot. Take out the loose dough, and rub it into a long strip

    Cut the dough strip into 10 small equal parts, and roll them into the thin round dough with a diameter of about 10cm

    Pack the beef stuffing with the round dough into the shape of a bun, and press the folds down to form a pie.
