  • Olive oil
    240g
  • Mustard seed sauce
    50g
  • Italian black vinegar
    50g
  • White granulated sugar
    10g
  • Mixed spices
    1teaspoon
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Freshly ground black pepper
    1teaspoon

Preparation

  • step 1

    Weigh out and pour 240g olive oil in a bowl for later use. Install the whisk in the main pot

  • step 2

    Add 50g mustard seed sauce

  • step 3

    Add 50g Italian black vinegar

  • step 4

    Add 10g white granulated sugar

  • step 5

    Add 1 small measuring spoon of Italian mixed spices, 1 small measuring spoon salt and 1 small measuring spoon freshly ground black pepper

  • step 6

    Mix the materials at 4min/REV 4 while pouring olive oil slowly around the measuring cup and slowly drops onto the blade for emulsification

  • step 7

    Take out the mustard sauce with black vinegar, and use it as needed or put it into a sealed jar and place it in a refrigerator
