Preparation

step 1
Place celery stalks, carrots, onions, tomatoes, courgettes in mixing bowl.

Add garlic clove, fresh mushrooms, mixed fresh herbs and parsley into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and chop 12 sec/speed 7.

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and mixing by using scraper then chop 5 sec/speed 7 again.

Add coarse salt, dry white wine and olive oil into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 10 sec/speed 4.

Place steaming set to instead of measuring cup on mixing bowl lid and cook 30 min/120°C/speed 2. Mixture will become thick and fairly dry.

Remove steaming bowl, insert measuring cup and blend 1 min/speed 7

Transfer to an air-tight jar and allow to cool before using or storing in refrigerator.
