Ingredients

  • plain flour
    300g
  • cornflour
    2teaspoon
  • salt
    0.5teaspoon
  • coconut oil
    20g
  • egg
    1
  • pandan essence
    2g
  • water
    500g
  • oil, for greasing
    10g
  • sweet coconut filling
    250g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place plain flour, cornflour, salt, coconut oil and egg into mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Add pandan essence and water into mixing bowl.

  • step 3

    Press control knob and mix 30 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a jug then set aside.

    Grease and heat a non-stick flat pan over medium fire. Pour 30g batter onto the pan, swirl to completely cover the bottom of the pan.

    When the crêpe is cooked, transfer to a plate. Place 25g sweet coconut filling onto centre of crêpe, form it into a log shape.

    Pull the bottom of the crêpe up and over the filling, tucking it under a little bit to pull the filling closer together.

    Gently pull the left side of the wrapper over the middle, and then the right, to close up the ends of the roll.

  • step 8

    Continue rolling until you reached the end. Repeat with remaining batter and filling.

    Serve immediately.
