Preparation

step 1
Place black tea, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon stick and drinking water into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and brew 15 mins/90°C/speed 1. Strain the tea into a bowl with the sieve.

Place brewed black tea and sugar into mixing bowl.

step 4
Press control knob and cook 3 mins/100°C/speed 1. Pour the tea into 4 drinking glasses.

Top up with ice and drizzle with 15g condensed milk and 30g evaporated milk on each glass and serve.
