Preparation

step 1
Place tamarind pulp and water into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 30 mins/100°C/speed 3. Strain into a pitcher through a fine mesh strainer.

Place tamarind juice, sugar and lime juice into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 30 sec/speed 3. Transfer into a bowl and cool it in the fridge.

Divide tamarind juice between glasses, add ice cubes and coriander leaves to serve.
