Place 800g chopped chicken, 1,000g water, 3 ginger slices and 5g cooking wine into the mixing bowl.

Put on the lid and stew at 10min/100°C/BREV1. Take out the chopped chicken and drain the water.

Place the chopped chicken, 1,000g water, 1 green onion bundle, 4 ginger slices, and 5g cooking wine into the mixing bowl.
