Preparation

Place oil and onion into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and saute 3 mins/150℃/speed 1.

Add garlic, turmeric powder, chilli, fenugreek and tamarind paste into mixing bowl,

Add coriander, tomato paste and brown sugar into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 3 mins/100°C/speed 1.

Add water, white fish and salt into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and stew 5 mins/100°C/reverse speed 1. Transfer into a serving bowl.
