Ingredients

  • oil
    50g
  • onion, cut in pieces
    250g
  • salt

  • garlic clove

  • turmeric powder
    1teaspoon
  • red chilli

  • fenugreek
    2tablespoon
  • tamarind paste
    2tablespoon
  • coriander, cut in strips

  • tomato paste
    2tablespoon
  • brown sugar
    2teaspoon
  • water
    200g
  • white fish fillets, cut in pieces
    500g
  • salt
    1teaspoon

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place oil and onion into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob and saute 3 mins/150℃/speed 1.

  • step 3

    Add garlic, turmeric powder, chilli, fenugreek and tamarind paste into mixing bowl,

  • step 4

    Add coriander, tomato paste and brown sugar into mixing bowl.

  • step 5

    Press control knob and cook 3 mins/100°C/speed 1.

  • step 6

    Add water, white fish and salt into mixing bowl.

  • step 7

    Press control knob and stew 5 mins/100°C/reverse speed 1. Transfer into a serving bowl.

  • step 8

    Garnish with red chilli and coriander leaves and serve with rice.
