Preparation

Place oil and onion into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and saute 3 mins/120℃/speed 1

Add pork belly into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and stir fry 5 mins/120℃/speed 1.

Add pork broth, fish sauce, tamarind paste and taro into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and stew 20 mins/100℃/reverse speed 1.5.

Add tomato, chilli pepper, long bean and white pepper into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and stew 10 mins/100℃/reverse speed 1.5.
