  • High degree liquor
    20g

Preparation

    Put 100g Capsicum frutescens, 400g red beauty pepper, 20g sliced ginger, and 40g garlic cloves into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Add 20g white sugar, 20g salt, and 20g high degree liquor

  • step 3

    Put on the measuring cup, and smash the ingredients at 10sec/REV6

  • step 4
