Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 120g rice into the mixing bowl, soak 3 dried lotus leaves in warm water for 15min, and cut these leaves into 50cmx50cm lotus leaf slices

    Smash the ingredients at 30sec/REV10, and put the smashed ingredients into a bowl
