Preparation

    Cut 500g streaky pork into cubes in advance and bind them with cotton thread in a cross shape

    Spread 30g bundled scallion, 10g diced ginger, and 500g streaky pork in order in a bowl, with the pork skin upward on the top

    Put 200g rock sugar and 300g water into the mixing bowl

    Cook the ingredients at 5min/120℃/BREV1 to make them into rock sugar juice

    Put 20g dark soy sauce, 30g light soy sauce, 70g Shaoxing wine, 200g water and the prepared rock sugar juice into a bowl until the liquid is higher than the pork cubes
