  • Chopped red chilli

  • Cooking wine
    2teaspoons
  • Light soy sauce

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 400g sliced streaky pork, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, 10g segmented scallion, and 10g ginger slices into a bowl, and marinate the sliced streaky pork for 30min

    Uniformly wrap the marinated sliced streaky pork with 150g glutinous rice flour

  • step 3

    Pour 20g oil into the mixing bowl

  • step 4

    Heat the oil at 2min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 5

    Put the marinated sliced streaky pork into the mixing bowl

    Cook the ingredients at 8min/120℃/BREV1
