  • Fresh scallops

  • Segmented Asparagus
    200g
  • Red bell pepper strip
    60g
  • XO Sauce
    40g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper
    1teaspoon
  • Oil
    10g
  • Sliced garlic
    5g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Wash fresh scallops, wipe off water with kitchen paper, and sprinkle salt and ground black pepper to marinate the scallops

    Put 10g oil, 5g garlic slices and 40g XO sauce into the mixing bowl

  • step 3
