Preparation

• step 1

  Install the whisk into the clean-free water-free mixing bowl, and pour 500g cold cream and 50g white granulated sugar into it

• step 2

  Without the measuring cup, whip the ingredients at 3min/REV4 until lines appear, and meanwhile carefully observe the cream from the lid hole to prevent over-whipping

• step 3

  Use the Whipped Cream as needed
