  • Medium gluten flour

  • White sugar

  • Corn oil

  • Dried yeast

Preparation

    Put 600g water, 1 egg, 40g white sugar, 10g oil, and 5g dried yeast into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, heat the ingredients at 2min/37°C/REV2

    Add 250g corn flour and 250g medium gluten flour

  • step 4

    Put on the measuring cup, and mix the ingredients at 1min/REV4 until there is no particle

    Put on the measuring cup, and ferment the ingredients at 30min/35℃

    Mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV4 until air bubbles disappear

    Without oil, preheat a nonstick pan, pour an appropriate amount of batter into it, fry the batter until air bubbles appear, turn the pancake over to the another side, and bake it for about 1min
