Put 10g salad oil and 150g sliced streaky pork into the mixing bowl

Put on the measuring cup, fry the streaky pork at 4min/120℃/BREV1 till the pork gives out lard oil

Add 5g sliced garlic, 5g shredded ginger and 5g segmented dried chilli

Add 300g diced cabbage, 10g light soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder

Put on the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV1, and mix them with the scraper midway
