Preparation

    Put 30g white sugar, 40g rice vinegar, 50g water, 10g light soy sauce, and 10g starch into a bowl, and mix them uniformly

    Add 300g minced pork, 1 egg, 10g chopped scallion, 10g minced ginger, and 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 15g oyster sauce, 10g light soy sauce, 10g cooking wine and 10g sesame oil
