Preparation

    Cut off the nails of 500g river snails, and sufficiently wash sand insdie them

  • step 2

    Put 20g oil, 20g Capsicum frutescens rings, 20g chopped ginger, 20g segmented scallion and 1 teaspoon of Chinese prickly ash into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, stir-fry the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 4

    Add 500g river snails, 20g broad bean paste, 10g light soy sauce, 10g dark soy sauce and 5g white sugar

    Add 300g beer
