Preparation

  • step 1

    Soak 30g dried Arimillaria mellea and 100g sweet potato noodles in sufficient boiling water, respectively

  • step 2

    Cut the soaked soft sweet potato noodles into segments, drizzle 5g dark soy sauce, and mix them uniformly

    Put 20g oil, 10g sliced ginger, 20g segmented scallion, 3 dried chillies and 2 star anises into the mixing bowl

    Add 600g chopped chicken

    Add 20g cooking wine, 10g dark soy sauce, 20g light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 10g powered rock sugar

    Add the soaked Arimillaria mellea and 400g water used to soak Arimillaria mellea

  • step 9

    Put on the measuring cup, operate the COOK mode for 20min

  • step 10

    Add the soaked sweet potato noodles

  • step 11

    Put on the measuring cup, and cook the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV1
