Ingredients

  • Medium gluten flour
    500g
  • Dried yeast
    5g
  • Water
    260g
  • White sugar
    10g
  • Corn oil
    15g
  • Salt

Preparation

    Put 260g water, 10g white sugar, 5g dried yeast, and 15g corn oil into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, heat the ingredients at 2min/37℃/BREV1

    Add 500g medium gluten flour and 3g salt

  • step 4

    Put on the measuring cup, and mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV4

    Operate the KNEAD mode for 3min for kneading the flour into dough, take out the dough and cover it with plastic wrap, and relax it for 20min

    Divide the relaxed dough into 8 equal dough parts
