Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 20g oil fried with Chinese prickly ash, 5 garlic cloves and 5g ginger slices into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Add 2 star anises, 3 minced Capsicum frutescens, and 70g broad bean paste

  • step 3

    Put on the lid and stir-fry the ingredients at 4min/120°C/BREV1

  • step 4

    Put 3g salt, 5g dark soy sauce, and 200g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 5

    Add 100g lotus root slices, 70g Chiba Tofu, and 50g needle mushroom
