Preparation

step 1
Make dried meat floss & salted egg yolk stuffing: Spray an appropriate amount of liquor over 6 salted duck egg yolks and bake them in an oven at 15min/180℃

Put 200g dried meat floss, 120g salad dressing and baked salted egg yolks into a big bowl

Mix the ingredients uniformly and pinch them into 30g small spheres

Make wrapper for Sweet Green Rice Ball:Put 230g sticky rice flour, 20g glutinous rice flour, 20g powdered sugar, 50g wheat starch and 290g green wheat seeding juice

Put on the measuring cup, and mix the ingredients at 1min/REV4

Cover the steamer with steaming cloth or oil paper, pour the batter mixture onto, and clean the mixing bowl
