Preparation

    Put 400g pigskin, 5g myrcia leaf, 5g star anise, 5g Cinnamon bark, and 10g cooking wine into the mixing bowl

    Pour 1,000g water into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, and cook the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV1
