Ingredients

  • Butter
    50g
  • Milk
    300g
  • Egg
    2pcs
  • White sugar
    30g
  • Low gluten flour
    200g
  • Baking powder
    10g
  • Salt
    1 teaspoon
  • Honey
    An appropriate amount

Preparation

    Put 50g butter into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Put on the measuring cup and melt the butter at 3min/60℃/REV1

  • step 3

    Add 300g milk and 2 eggs

  • step 4

    Add 30g white sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt

  • step 5

    Add 200g sieved low gluten flour and 10g baking powder

  • step 6

    Mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV3

  • step 7

    Mix the ingredients with a scraper until there is no dry flour

  • step 8

    Sieve the mixed batter

  • step 9

    Preheat a nonstick pan, pour a tablespoon of batter into it, fry the batter for about 1min

  • step 10

    Once the surface is bubbling, turn over the pancake and fry it for another 1 min. Repeat the steps above for the remaining batter

  • step 11

    Enjoy the pancake while it is warm
