Ingredients

  • Chopped peeled potato
    400g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Milk
    100g
  • Mozzarella cheese
    50g
  • Butter
    15g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Pour 500g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Put the simmering basket in the mixing bowl, and add 400g chopped peeled potato

  • step 3

    Put on the measuring cup, and steam the potato at 25min/110℃/REV1

  • step 4

    Take out the steamed potato, and clean the mixing bowl

  • step 5

    Put 100g milk, 15g butter and 50g mozzarella cheese into the mixing bowl

  • step 6

    Add the steamed potato and 1 teaspoon of salt
