  • High gluten flour

    Put 160g water, 30g white sugar, 300g high gluten flour, 1 egg, and 4g dried yeast into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, and mix the ingredients at 20sec/REV4

    Operate the KNEAD mode for 3min for kneading the flour into dough

    Add 30g butter and 2g salt

    Take out the dough, knead it into a dough sphere, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it in the oven at 40min/30℃ while cleaning the mixing bowl
