Ingredients

  • Low gluten flour
    180g
  • Baking powder
    5g
  • Ripe banana
    2pcs
  • Milk
    100g
  • Egg
    1pc
  • Raisin
    30g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 2 ripe bananas and 180g low gluten flour into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Add 100g milk, 1 egg and 5g baking powder

  • step 3

    Put on the measuring cup, mix the ingredients at 20sec/REV4, and preheat the oven to 180℃

  • step 4

    Scoop the cake batter into 6 cake moulds and sprinkle raisins on them

  • step 5

    Put the moulds into the oven and bake them at 25min/180℃, or adjust time according to the size of the moulds
