  • Medium gluten flour
    500g
  • Water
    260g
  • Salt

  • Dried yeast

  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

    Put 260g water, 20g powdered sugar, 10g corn oil, and 5g dried yeast into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Put on the measuring cup, heat the ingredients at 2min/37°C/REV2

  • step 3

    Add 500g medium gluten flour and 3g salt

  • step 4

    Put on the measuring cup, and mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV4

  • step 5

    Operate the KNEAD mode for 2min for kneading the dough

  • step 6

    Take out the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it in the oven at 60min/38℃ while cleaning the mixing bowl

  • step 7

    Take out the fermented dough, and knead it to remove air

  • step 8

    Divide the fermented dough into two equal parts, twist each into a dough strip, cut it into small dough parts with the same size

    Spread oil paper on the steamer, put the small dough parts into the steamer, ferment them at 30min/38℃

    Pour 500g water into the mixing bowl, put on the steamer set and steam the dough parts at 25min/110℃/REV1

  • step 11

    After the steaming is finished, keep the steamed breads inside the steamer set for another 5min before they are ready for enjoyment
