Ingredients

  • Luffa
    400g
  • Fresh shrimp meat with the back line removed
    200g
  • Longkou bean vermicelli
    1 roll
  • Self-made garlic sauce
    150g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Soak Longkou bean vermicelli in warm water until it is soft, cut it into sections and place them on a plate. Add 50g homemade garlic sauce and mix them for later use

  • step 2

    Peel the luffa, cut it into 3cm long sections, take out the inner flesh of the top half and place it on the bean vermicelli

  • step 3

    Place the shrimp meat with the back line removed on the luffa, and drizzle the garlic sauce

  • step 4

    Pour 300g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 5

    Put on the measuring cup, and boil the water at 3min/110℃/REV1
