Place 250g chopped peeled luffa on a plate and sprinkle 300g clams from which sand is cleared

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt, 10g cooking wine, 10g light soy sauce, 10g shredded ginger, and 10g segmented scallion

Pour 500g water into the mixing bowl
