  • Egg

  • Warm water
    180g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Light soy sauce
    10g
  • Sesame oil
    10g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, and add 1 teaspoon of salt and 180g warm water

  • step 2

    Mix them uniformly

  • step 3

    Filter the egg liquid into a bowl, cover the bowl rim with plastic wrap and poke holes on the plastic wrap with a toothpick

    Pour 500g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 5

    Put on the steamer set and steam the egg liquid at 23min/110℃/REV1

  • step 6
