Preparation

Put 10g oil, 3 segmented dried chilies and 5g shredded ginger into the mixing bowl

Heat the ingredients at 2min/120℃/REV1

Add 150g sliced Streaky pork

Put on the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV0.5 till the pork gives out lard oil

Add 300g long been segments, 10g light soy sauce, 5g cooking wine and 2 teaspoons of salt

Put on the measuring cup, and fry the ingredients at 7min/120℃/BREV0.5
